Ku-ring-gai Council choose LogiQ to manage their Open Space Program

Ku-ring-gai Council in Sydney operate a huge open space booking program which covers a wide range of amenities across the Council ranging from basic tennis courts right through to sporting grounds, a showground, and public recreational spaces. The diversity of the program requires a flexible and highly configurable bookings application to manage these facilities successfully. After closely working with Ku-ring-gai Council, QVisual has adapted its LogiQ product to encompass the complex set of requirements involving:

Flexible and varied pricing models
Several 'repeat booking' options
Ability to turn clash checking on or off
Ability to attach notes, resources and criteria to bookings

The first phase of the project is now underway with the tennis bookings module going live on Friday 25 May 2007. QVisual are continuing to develop LogiQ around the requirements of Ku-ring-gai as it will ensure that the product can be used in other markets than Health and Fitness.
