QVisual launch new ASP Service

QVisual have just launched a new ASP based software solution for small to enterprise wide Health and Leisure Operators. The new service (ASP - Application Service Provision) means that QVisual can set up and host the popular LogiQ software designed for the management of any health or fitness related organisation. The advantages of using this model are many fold.
  • The software is hosted on Visuals' Application Servers in a secure data centre in the Melbourne CBD. This means that there are no local installation costs. All the end user needs is an Internet connection and some thin printer client software downloaded from QVisual.
     
  • Other advantages include:
     
    • Very quick set up times
       
    • Improved support as QVisual has access to the user's application as and when required, without having to set up complicated VPNs or remote access to a client's infrastructure.
       
    • Fast and easy upgrades to the software. Upgrades happen to one application on the server only, not to every client in the customer's organisation.
       
    • Set up of training databases in a matter of minutes.
       
    • Provision of 'shadowed' training on the customer's application at any time. This means that a trainer from QVisual can carry out remote training with a customer on the customers' application at any time.
       
    • Very cost effective for the small gym or health club. The cost of the MS SQL Server software is absorbed by QVisual plus it eliminates the need for complex installation of SQL Server and its management at the customer facility.
       
    • The customer's data is held in a secure CBD data centre, fully backup up each night, protected against theft or natural disaster.
       
    • Modules can be turned on or off according to customer requirements
       
    • No customer expertise is required in the administration or management of the application or the server software, that's all done by QVisuals' expert.
