The simple, high-speed access control module provides operations staff with all the information required to allow fast, qualified access to the facilities.
Relevant information is displayed for the receptionist or staff to review, this would include selected personal details plus monies outstanding, unpaid installments, expired membership, notes, messages and images. Linked to turnstiles or access doors the software validates the card and allows or restricts entry as appropriate. This could be for course enrollees, members, limited use passes, casual single entry and booking holders.
As well as providing the validation and information required for access control it also records all the visits for each individual, records member usage, decrements passes, and marks as attended for course and sessions.
