This manages all activity concerned with the booking of a facility from a casual Basketball game to the Oval for a season, a PT session to a Wedding. It is configured to the needs of each individual site as all time slots, variable areas, booking periods, block and advance bookings, courses and classes are user defined. It is fully integrated with the Customer, TPOS and Courses modules to provide a single interface in reception.

The clear on-screen representation of the facilities and their availability will prevent double bookings of facilities, staff or equipment and it is as easy to book 5 years in advance as it is 5 days ahead. For the more involved bookings such as repeat bookings or clubs bookings there is a step by step wizard to ensure that all details are checked and information entered.

Double bookings are a thing of the past, as is the necessity to share one booking sheet; everyone can access the bookings for any venue from any PC, so back office staff can take calls and make reservations whist reception deal with the day to day requests.
