Courses and Classes

Running multiple courses is a data intensive task. They represent an excellent opportunity to generate revenue but managing all the variables, ensuring staff is informed and able to respond plus the administrative overheads can all eat into any profitability.

The courses module is designed to cut through all of these by providing clear information screens, simple enrolment wizards and tight financial controls. Courses can be copied from one season to the next without the need to re-enter all the base information, multiple operators can access the same courses simultaneously to handle those busy times and enrolment days.

When students arrive they can swipe their card to register attendance. Access control gates can also recognise a class attendee and allow them through. All details about classes and courses attended are stored in the customer record for future reference The daily view is designed for easy course management.

Call down a list on the screen of what is happening today, what classes are running where and who should be running them. Look at class numbers and remove or add students to classes. Print out registers or rolls for poolside or class use.
